2、叶癫痫乃至耐药性癫痫形成中的可能作用。方法:从我们课题组先前收集的耐药性颞叶癫痫(TLE)患者手术切除后脑组织标本中随机抽取30例作为病例组,收集脑外伤后减压手术路径中组织学正常的颞叶标本作为对照组;56只SD大鼠被随机分为7组(n=8),包括1个对照组和LiCl.PILO诱导发作后1d,3d,7d,14d,30d,60d等6个模型组,分别应用免疫荧光、免疫组化和蛋白印迹三种方法定位、定量检测apelin在癫痫患者及大鼠颞叶脑组织中表达的改变及变化规律。结果:在人脑组织中apelin主要表达于神经元胞体,且在耐药性颞叶癫痫患者脑
