1、重庆医科大学硕士研究生学位论文一352HU的11个CT阈值区间内,尘肺观察对象组的像素指数(PI)均高于正常对照组。(3)主动脉弓顶、气管隆突、气管隆突下3cm、气管隆突下6cm水平的4个观察层面,在一832~一352HU范围的10个区间内,尘肺观察对象组像素指数(PI)均高于正常对照组。用坐标线表示统计结果,尘肺观察对象的像素指数分布曲线上升,逐渐向右移动,并向高CT值区域进行偏移。2.MSCT后处理定量技术对尘肺观察对象肺部的研究(1)尘肺观察对象组在.880-~.352HU的11个CT值区间内
2、的像素指数(PI)均高于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P均O.05)。3.尘肺观察对象组后处理定量技术测得指标与临床肺功能检查二者相关性分析研究:(1)尘肺观察对象组CT值.1024~.352Hu阈值范围内肺部平均肺密度值与临床肺功能检查(pulmonaryfuncti
