1、摘要近年来，随着我国政治和经济改革进程的逐渐深化，我国的公务员考试制度改革已取得了显著成效，基本实现了由传统的人事制度向现代公务员制度的转变，建立起国家公务员制度的基本框架，形成了一个以《公务员法》为主导，由多个单项法规和实施细则为配套的公务员管理的法规体系。但由于各种制约因素，公务员考试制度在运行过程中也出现了诸多不足，影响了公务员考试制度的活力。相比之下，我国台湾地区，现代公务员考试制度建立较早，制度相对完善。但跟大陆地区一样，随着社会的发展，公务员考试制度在我国台湾地区仍然遇到了许多问题，限制了公务员

2、制度的发展。本文选取了海峡两岸公务员制度为研究对象，以公务员考试制度为主要切入点，分析海峡两岸公务员考试制度的差异及优缺点，并根据公务员考试制度、文官制度和政府再造等相关理论知识，通过搜集我国大陆地区和台湾的地区相关的公务员考试制度的资料，并辅以实地考察的方式，深入分析海峡两岸在公务员考试制度方面存在的异同点。在此基础上，对海峡两岸公务员应征条件、考试机关、考试程序、考试方式、考试内容、考试原则、考试种类等方面进行对比性分析，从中找出各自的优缺点。关键词台湾，公务员，考试制度AbstractInrecent
