2、or:Prof,haiyanHuoMechanicalEngineeringBussinessSchoolMay,2012摘要摘要随着我国市场经济的快速发展以及高等教育由"精英化"向"大众化"的转变，独立学院逐渐兴起并迅速发展，已经成为我国高等教育的一个新兴的重要组成部分。2008年，国际金融危机爆发，高校毕业生就业难的问题更加突出，而独立学院由于发展时间短及"三本"的地位，毕业生面临着更大的压力和挑战。就业情况的好坏直接影响独立学院的生存和可持续发展。因此，如何提高独立学院毕业生的就业能力和就业竞争力，促使独立学院持续、健康、

3、协调发展，己成为一个重要课题。本文分析了在新的就业形势下，独立学院毕业生的就业现状。通过问卷调查，对中原工学院信息商务学院的应届毕业生及用人单位在就业影响因素、就业能力评价、对学校人才培养的评价及建议等方面进行了深入的调查和分析，找出了影响独立学院毕业生就业的深层次原因，并结合独立学院特点，提出应从人才培养模式、专业设置和课程体系构建、实践能力培养、就业指导、转变学生的就业观念等五个方面采取措施，进一步提高独立学院毕业生的综合素质和就业能力，最终实现独立学院毕业生最大限度的充分就业。本研究的结果不仅对独立学院今后的发展具有重要实
