1、提要目的：以慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝功异常患者为研究对象，观察肝病3号汤剂结肠给药对其临床症状、体征、实验检查的影响，探讨其稳定肝功能、改善临床症状的机制，探索中医药复方治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的新思路及新方法。方法：选择70例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝功异常患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，即结肠给药组35例，口服给药组35例，两组均以1个月为一疗程，分别观察治疗前后的症候变化，对症状、体征进行记录评分，并检测疗效指标：肝功能指标（ALT、AST、GGT、ALB、A/G、TBIL）、血清病原学指标及影像学检查评分，同时监测血、尿、便常规，心电图、肾功能等安全性指标，进行统计学分析，判断疗效

2、及用药安全性。结果：治疗1个月后，两组在综合疗效、中医症候疗效、恢复肝功能等方面均有临床疗效，结肠滴注给药组疗效与口服给药组相比无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论：肝病3号汤剂能够起到良好的保肝降酶作用，其结肠给药亦可经肠道吸收起到良好的治疗作用。结肠给药可以作为慢性乙肝保肝治疗的有效给药途径。关键词肝病3号汤剂；结肠给药；保肝作用；临床研究1TheClinicalStudyontheEffectofHepator-protectionbycolon-dripmedicationwithGanBingSanHaoDecoctionSpeciality:Digestivesyst
