1、浙江理工大学硕士学位论文摘要自拉里·博西迪和拉姆·查兰提出执行力的概念以来，执行力就成为了理论研究者和企业经营者共同关注的焦点。执行力理论被运用到企业管理的很多方面。本文通过对我国中小企业实际的调查来研究中小企业内部控制执行力的问题，目前内部控制基于执行力理论的研究还不多，本文的研究具有一定的理论拓展意义和实践推进意义。文章充分汲取了过往执行力理论研究的思想精华，将以拉里·博西迪和拉姆·查兰为代表的国外执行力研究理论和代表性的国内学者对执行力研究理论相结合，构建了内部控制执行力影响因素模型，借鉴调查统计的方法，设计了关于企业内部控制执行力影响因素和执行效果

2、的问卷，对共计50多个问题进行了实际调查。运用AMOS统计分析软件对问卷数据进行相应处理，得出企业内部控制执行力的缺失的原因，并在此基础上提出具有针对性的对策建议。本文最终形成的成果共有三个：1、初步弄清了企业内部控制执行力的内部构造，即企业内部控制执行力是由制度执行力、人员执行力、运营执行力三个部分有机构成。2、分析确定了影响内部控制执行力的因素，包括执行力的内在构成因素和内部控制制度因素。3、提出了针对内部控制执行力三流程的对策建议。关键词：内部控制执行力执行效果提升途径浙江理工大学硕士学位论文Researchonaffectingfactorsmod
