2、部分区域破溃，可见部分区域暴露基底层，胃小凹形态破坏。7d组黏膜受损较4d组减轻。通窍活血汤低剂量4d时大鼠胃黏膜上皮细胞较大片区域破溃，暴露基底层，胃小凹形态破坏。7d组黏膜受损较4d组减轻。西咪替丁4d时大鼠胃黏膜上皮细胞部分区域破溃，可见上皮细胞扁平、脱落、部分严重变形，胃小凹形态破坏。结论：1急性期的脑梗塞大鼠存在胃肠粘膜形态学的病理改变。2早期应用通窍活血汤对脑梗塞急性期胃肠功能障碍具有一定的保护作用。3胃肠激素的改变可能是引起脑梗塞急性期胃肠功能障碍的主要发病机制之一。关键词通窍活血汤；脑梗
