1、探讨半夏白术天麻汤通窍活血汤联合西药治疗急性脑梗塞的临床效果佳木斯市屮医院154000摘要：目的研究并探讨半夏內术天麻汤通窍活血汤联合西药治疗急性脑梗塞患者的临床效果观察。方法此次研究的对象是选取自2013年1月〜2014年1月收治的92例急性脑梗塞患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并分两组，每组各46例，采用银杏达莫注射液联合依达拉奉进行治疗的一组为对照组，在对照组治疗基础上联合半夏0术天麻汤和通窍活血汤进行联合治疗的一组为观察组，最后研究分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果在治疗有效率对比屮，观察组优于对照组，对比差异(P&

2、lt;0.05),具有统计学意义。观察组在治疗后的血液流变学各项指标以及纤维蛋0原含量和神经功能缺损评分均低于对照组，对比差异(P<0.05).具有统计学意义。在治疗后□常生活能力的对比屮，观察组明显优于对照组，两组对比差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论采用半夏白术天麻汤和通窍活血汤联合西药治急性脑梗塞的治疗效果显著，因此该方法值得广泛的应用于临床中。关键词：半夏白术天麻汤；通窍活血汤；急性脑梗死；联合西药；治疗效果Abstract：ObjectiveTostudyandexploreofBanxiaBa
