7、ching of oral communication;The status quo;countermeasuresI引言《语文课程标准》总目标第九条规定，“口语交际教学要求学生具有日常口语交际的基本能力，在各种交际活动中，学会倾听、表达与交流，初步学会文明地进行人际沟通和社会交往，发展合作精神。”[1]另外《新课标》指出口语交际教学是小学语文教学中的重要组成部分，并且随着社会的发展和教育改革的推进，它的作用对于一个人的成长及其越来越重要，是当前人类社会最重要、最基本的交际方式。毋庸置疑，口语交际的位置越来越来突出。
