3、reasinglyimportantintoday'scomputerworld.Weproposeusinglearningtechniquestopredictnetworkcongestionproblemsbeforetheystartimpactingtheperformanceofservices.Inthispaperwefocusonusingasimplefeedforwardneuralnetworktopredictseverecongestioninanetwork.Wealsouseneuralne

4、tworkstopredictthesourceorsourcesresponsibleforthecongestion,andwedesignandapplyasimplecontrolmethodforlimitingtherateoftheoffendingsourcessothatcongestioncanbeavoided.UnliketheusualTCP/IPflowcontrol,theproposedmethodisappliedonlytoselectednodesandconvergestothefin
