2、物业档案管理目前存在的问题。我国物业档案管理从管理制度、体制到管理入员素质、管理设施设备都不太健全，这就意昧着，完善物业档案管理需要国家档案机构的指导和物业档案管理人员的密切配合。本课题根据物业档案管理存在的问题，提出了完善物业档案管理的策略，旨在使物业档案管理更规范、管理效率更高，从而适应物业管理的发展及城镇化进程。关键词：物业档案；档案；城镇化；策略研究炒『l哪8iⅢ＆i删5『I一黑龙江大学硕士学位论文AbstractThemanagementofpropertyrecordshasnotbeenalongtimeinchinaandthedevelo
