1、经典喉罩在腹腔镜下行双侧输卵管结扎术中应用doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.10.29摘要目的：探讨经典喉罩在腹腔镜下行双侧输卵管结扎术中的应用。方法：收治腹腔镜下行双侧输卵管结扎术的患者80例，将所有患者随机均分为两组：气管导管组（T组）和传统喉罩组（L组）。结果：在T组中，T3、T4时SBP、DBP、HR明显高于T2时；与L组相比，T组的T3、T4时SBP、DBP明显升高，HR明显加快；两组的SP02、PETC02和PIP之间比较，差异无统计学意义；与T组相比，术毕L组安静拔管（罩）的例数明显增多，而出现并发

7、着人们物质文化生活水平的普遍提高，人们对医疗服务的要求也随之上升，加之人们对传统局麻下行双侧输卵管结扎术中的疼痛产生的恐惧心理，及对微创手术的向往，越来越多的人们乐于接受腹腔镜下行双侧输卵管结扎手术。腹腔镜手术一般采用气管插管全麻，气管插管全麻对气道进行安全的控制，但由于插管对咽喉部和气管造成刺激，导致出现一些并发症，如强烈的血液动力学反应及声音嘶哑、咽喉疼痛等［1］。传统喉罩与气管插管比，具有置入简便、心血管反应轻、术中易于接受等优点［2］。我院近年来应用喉罩麻醉下行双侧输卵管结扎手术，取得良好的临床效果。资料与方法2013年1月-2014年1
8、月收治腹腔镜下行双侧输卵管结扎术的患者80例，ASAI或II级，年龄25〜35岁，体重50〜75kg,无明显呼吸循环疾病，肝肾功能正常，
