1、河北医科大学硕士学位论文人脑胶质瘤端料酶活性与Ki--67的表达及意义姓名:邵鸿飞申请学位级别:硕士专业:外科学指导教师:焦保华201203中文摘要人脑胶质瘤端粒酶活性与Ki.67的表达及意义摘要目的:针对人脑胶质瘤端粒酶逆转录酶(humantelomerasereversetranscripltase,hTERT)和细胞增殖核抗原(nuclcar-associatedantigenKi.67,Ki.67)在正常人脑组织及各个级别胶质瘤细胞内的表达进行测定,探讨能够反映胶质瘤生物学行为,并与形态学结合的客观标准,以及二者的相
2、关性方法:使用免疫组化(SP法),针对60例不同病理级别的人脑胶质瘤组织的hTERT和Ki.67表达测定,以显微镜下细胞核出现棕黄色颗粒计算hTERT及Ki.67的标记指数,并与lO例正常脑组织进行比较。结果:601歹lJ胶质瘤中病理分级为III~Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织中hTERT的表达显著高于在I~II级的表达,有统计学意义(P<0.01)(45.43+8.02,38.55+6.98),病理分级为III~Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织中Ki.67的表达显著高于在I~II级的表达,有统计学意义,(43.69+10.56,32.38+8.47)而hT
