1、提要目的：观察正骨松解手法为主治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法：采用规范化和标准化的诊断及疗效评价标准，明确和固定各治疗参数，以肩部主观症状、肩关节功能和肩关节活动为观察指标，分别运用正骨松解推拿手法和内服中成药对比，对60例(每组30例)患者进行对照治疗。结果：治疗组有效率100.00%，对照组有效率为93.33%，两组总有效率之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)；治疗组在提高治愈率(46.67%)方面明显优于对照组(20.00%)；两组肩周炎疗效比较，经秩和检验，差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)，治疗组总体疗效明显优于对照组。在改善肩关节功能和减轻疼
