2、受消费者群体的欢迎和广泛接受。因此，在连锁餐饮行业竞争激烈的环境下，探索连锁餐饮业服务供应链的特点及其关键影响因素成为能够帮助企业获取竞争优势的途径之一。本文首先综述了服务、供应链与供应链管理的基本内涵和发展趋势，并简单介绍了系统动力学方法，其次，在回颐服务供应链相关理论的基础上，总结了服务供应链的定义、特点和结构模型。接着综合我国连锁餐饮业的发展现状和特点，建立了连锁餐饮业服务供应链的网络结构模型，提出了影响我国连锁餐饮业服务供应链的两个关键影响因素，即顾客满意度和服务三要素，建立了顾客满意度在连锁餐饮业服务供应链中的构成模型和服务三要素在连锁餐饮业服务供应链中的回归模
