1、西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文基于Partnering模式的大型公共建筑节能改造服务研究专业：管理科学与工程硕士生：刘俊青指导教师：唐晓灵副教授摘要随着能源价格的不断升高，建筑节能再次进入人们的视野，国外已从上世纪八十年代开始进行节能改造，并充分应用合同能源管理，目前低能耗建筑在国外已经比较普遍，节能服务产业的发展也已较为成熟；在我国建筑能耗占总能耗的30%左右，节能改造任务较重，但我国节能改造的现状并不理想。本文以能耗突出的公共建筑作为研究重点，通过对我国节能现状、节能服务市场以及现有的合同能源管理的应用状况进行分析，找出我国目前节能改造模式的主要问
2、题，并引入以合作为基本思想的工程项目管理模式Partnering模式进行节能改造的讨论，主要通过理论分析的方法，对其的基本概念、运行框架、实现机制以及风险的处理办法四个方面来进行Partnering整体思想与运行模式的分析，找出Partnering模式在节能改造服务中应用的可行性。并通过对真实案例的模拟性Partnering模式分析，对Partnering模式在建筑节能改造服务中的运行程序进行具体分析，并提出在整个节能改造过程中出现的障碍以及对策、建议。关键词：大型公共建筑；节能改造；合同能源管理；Partnering模式西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文
