2、益。在医院项目管理组织运行机制上，充分考虑当前组织结构的特点，有效地融合项目管理的要求，选择以均衡矩阵型组织结构为模式，确保项目顺利运行，并明确了人员职责。在项目团队人员遴选上，采用“胜任力”模型，建立符合医院项目管理特征的指标体系，为项目团队挑选合适的项目领导者和项目成员。在项目团队激励机制上，充分考虑短期和长期效应，设计了项目绩效考核体系和项目成员职务职称考核体系，注重能力考核，并设计了职称与职务晋升并行的办法。[关键词]项目管理，医院管理，研究军医进修学院硕I二学位论文英文摘要(Abstract)Anewmet
