3、fthePCSgroup.2.Dividedthe60PCSpatientsintotrialgroup(30cases)andcontrolgroup(30cases).ThetrialgroupweretreatedwithDanNingTang,andthecontrolgroupweretreatedwithAnetholtrithione,thecourseoftreatmentwasfourweeks.3.ObservethelevelofGASandCCKchangesinthetwogroupsbeforandafterthetreatment.4.Observ
4、ethetotaleffectiverate、theeffectofTraditionalChineseMedicinesymptom、theadversereactionandtherelapserateaftersixmonthsofthetrialgroupandthecontrolgroup.Results:1.Comparedtothenormalgroup,thelevelofGASinPCSgroupimprovedsignificantly(P<0.05),andthelevelofCCKinPCSgroupreducedsignificantly(P<0.01
5、).2.Afterthetreatment,thetrialgrouplevelofGASissignificantlylowerthanthatbeforetreatment(P<0.01),butforthecontrolgroup,thelevelofGAShasnosignificantdifferencethroughthetreatment(P>0.05).Theeffectofthetrialgroupisbetterthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andthereisastatisticallysignificantdifferencebet
6、weenthetwogroups(P<0.05).3.Afterthetreatment,thetrialgroupandthecontrolgroupcanbothrisethelevelofCCKondifferentdegree(P<0.01orP<0.05),buttheeffectofthetrialgroupisbetter,P<0.01,andthedifferenceisstatisticallysignificant.4.Afterthetreatment,thetotaleffectrate:93.33%inthetrialgroupand70%inthec
