1、摘要本文采取案例研究法，即以现实世界中的SM公司为研究对象，通过观察、调查该公司本身，同时查阅大量相关的文献资料，收集有用的数据资料，通过整理和分析，对SM公司人力资源提升策略进行了研究。SM公司是一个真实的项目管理和咨询公司，本研究作为一个企业诊断与案例分析，是理论与实践的充分结合，解决的是SM公司的实际问题，具有极高的实用价值。同时，虽然SM公司是一个个案，但是该公司的特征和存在的问题是极具代表性的，他山之石，可以攻玉，对个案的研究总结出的启示和经验也具有较强的理论意义。本文的主要研究内容如下：（1）结合SM公司

2、的发展战略，对SM公司现状，包括SM公司简介和SM公司人力资源管理现状进行了分析和诊断，检验了其与公司发展目标的匹配度；（2）对SM公司的人力资源存在的问题、原因等进行深度分析，提出了SM公司人力资源提升策略，包括总思路、人力资源规划提升策略、人力资源招聘提升策略、培训管理提升策略、绩效管理提升策略、企业文化提升策略等，改善了公司的人力资源状况；（3）通过将各项人力资源提升策略共同构成一个相对完整的人力资源体系，提升了公司的管理水平，为公司的长远发展提供强有力的内部支撑。关键词：人力资源；提升策略；体系I万方数据II
