2、丝裂素活化蛋白激酶(p38MAPK)的变化及血必净注射液的影响。方法采用呼气末夹闭气管窒息法建立大鼠CA模型后进行CPR。将50只健康Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组及小、中、大剂量血必净治疗组(血必净注射液浓度分别为5.0、7.5、15.0ml/kg)5组。复苏24h后处死大鼠,取心、脑组织标本,电镜下观察心、脑组织的病理改变;采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测心、脑组织中TNF-a、IL-16和p38MAPK含量。结果组织病理观察显示,心、脑细胞超微结构出现损伤性改变,以模型组最重,大剂量血必净组最轻。模型组心、脑组织中T
