1、中青年优秀论文评奖茶多酚对大鼠脑缺血-再灌注损伤后细胞凋亡和p38信号通路的影响西安交通大学医学院第二附属医院麻醉科710004赵红霞薛荣亮魏欣高慧蔡英敏【摘要】目的探讨茶多酚对全脑缺血再灌注后大鼠海马CA1区凋亡细胞及p38信号转导通路蛋白表达的影响。方法健康清洁雄性SD大鼠108只,随机平均分为3组,每组设6个时间点,每个时间点6只。分别为:缺血再灌注组(IR,n=36),假手术组(PO,n=36),茶多酚干预组(TP,n=36)。各组均采用四血管阻塞法建立全脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,TP组在再灌注结束后立即给予腹腔注射茶多酚200m
