1、摘要摘要中等职业教育是我国教育体系中的重要组成部分，担负着培养初级和中级劳动技术人才的责任。中等职业学校的课程管理是学校工作的核心内容，决定着学校的发展状况。目前，中等职业学校在课程管理中的主体性表现不强，没有完善的管理机制，长期以来积累的许多问题得不到有效的解决，矛盾日益突出，已经严重阻碍了职业学校的发展步伐，因此对课程管理的理论研究和实践研究迫在眉睫。本研究从中等职业学校的课程管理实际问题着眼，对中等职业学校在课程目标设定、课程内容编制、课程实施方式、课程评价方法等几个方面表现出来的问题进行分析，对学校的管理

2、体制问题进行了初步探讨，努力探索符合中等职业教育发展的基本原理，探索课程管理的基本理论，对出现的问题提出了相应的解决思路和实施策略。本研究的目的是对中等职业教育中的课程管理理论进行梳理，并与教育实践相结合，探索课程管理的新思路。关键词中等职业学校课程管理现状和问题改革思路与策略IAbstractAbstractTheMediumoccupationeducationisanimportantpartofoureducationsystem,Itundertakesthetrainingoftechnicalper
