2、A。对线粒体DNA高变区I、II进行PCR扩增测序，与标准序列对比找出突变位点，初步划分单倍型类群：结合编码区特征性变异位点的限制性片段多态性分析及部分序列测定信息，确认线粒体DNA所属单倍型类群。比较线粒体DNA单倍型类群在不同分组中分布频率的差异，然后用SPSS19．0进行统计学分析，P
