2、理能力也已经成为衡量保险业能否可持续发展的关键因素。寿险公司的保险产品面向对象广，涉及总金额大，刚性需求相对较小，公司经营失败对保险消费者的影响却相对更大，因此寿险公司的经营管理风险较之产理情况，力求探索出一套适合保险公司分支机构的风险管理策略，为各个地方的寿险公司尤其是寿险公司分支机构建立一套基础的风险测评管理体系，并提出相应的风险处置措施，力求为寿险关键词：寿险公司，风险管理，监测指标，策略研究AbstractRiskpreventionandriskmanagementisoneoftheactivitiesofthemodementerprisem
