3、ntresponsibility.Thisincludessubsidiaries,jointventures,affiliatedcompaniesanddistributors.Thispolicyalsoappliestonon-employeeswhovisitourfacilitiesorinteractinasignificantmannerwithouremployees.Thisincludescustomers,contractorsandsuppliers.3.0Responsibilities:Employeesaree
4、xpectedtoabidebytheconditionssetforthinthispolicy.Employeesareexpectedtoreportviolationsofthispolicy.LeadersareexpectedtoprovideanexampleofappropriatebehavioratalltimesandtoengagetheHumanResourcesDepartmentandtakeappropriateactioninresponsetoallallegedviolationsofthispolicy
5、.4.0Definitions:N/A5.0Procedure:5.1Treatingeachotherwithdignityandrespectmeans:5.1.1Eachemployeemusttreatothersinawaythatmakestheotheremployeefeelrespected.Wemusttreateveryemployeewithdignityandrespect--nomatterwhetherthepersonreportstous,isoursupervisor,aco-worker,customer
6、,contractororsupplier.Thismeansthatnooneshouldmakestatementstoothersthatareembarrassingorhumiliatingortowhichtheotherpersondoesnotfeelfreetorespond.Eachemployeeshouldhaverespectforothers.Thismeansthateachofusmusttrytounderstandthedifferentbackgroundsandwaysofthinkingofourco
