3、upervision.2.Topursuedevelopmentopportunitiesanddevelopeffectiveworkingrelationshipswithexistingandpotentialbusinesspartners.3.Toleadandmanageprojectteamseffectively.KEYACCOUNTABILITIES:ThePostholderwillberesponsiblefor:·EnsuringprojectscomplywithHomesandCommunitiesA

4、gencyfundingrequirementsandproceduresandwithParadigmHousingGroupdevelopmentstandardsandprocedures.·Asaprojectco-ordinator,managealldevelopmentprojectsundertaken,includingbriefing,instructingandmonitoringprofessionalconsultantsandadvisersandliaisingwithallpartiesconce

5、rned.Overseedetailedstagesofdevelopmentprojectsfromfeasibilitytocompletionandactasapointofliaisonbetweentenants,consultants,contractorsandcolleagueswithintheGroup.·Todevelopdevelopmentbriefsandagreerealisticprojectplansandeffectivelyprojectmanagetoensuredelivery.·Use

6、soundjudgementtomakedecisionsregardingdesignquality,procurement,financialdevelopmentmodelling,tenuremixetctoeffectivelyleadthedevelopmentprocess.DevelopmentProjectManagerMarch2012·Identifyandappraisenewdevelopmentopportunities.·ToeffectivelyliaisewiththeHomesandCommu
