2、(每组15例)血浆色氨酸及其代谢产物犬尿氨酸的含量，并分析其比值。结果：血浆Kyn／TrpL卜,值在正常妊娠妇女为0．28±0．056，妊娠期高血压妇女为0．27_+0．034，子痫前期轻度妇女为0．18±0．044，子痫前期重度妇女为0．12±0．039。子痫前期轻度、重度妇女血浆Kyn／TrpE[',值较正常妊娠、妊娠期高血压妇女明显降低(仄0．01)；子痫前期重度妇女血浆Kyn／Trp比值较轻度妇女明显降低(仄O．05)；正常妊娠、妊娠期高血压妇女血浆Kyn／Trp[L值无明显差异0>o．05)。结论
