1、提要目的：观察比较组配式假体在全髋关节翻修术中应用前后的短期疗效，总结治疗体会。方法：收集山东中医药大学附属医院关节骨科2008年6月至2011年9月骨科病房收治的符合纳入标准的全髋关节翻修患者20例，采用德国LINK公司非骨水泥TM组配式翻修假体MP系统对20位患者行全髋关节翻修术，经治疗均达到解除疼痛，重建髋关节的功能和纠正髋关节畸形的目的。所有患者治疗前进行髋关节功能评分，治疗后进行随访，术后应用Harris评分标准对患者进行髋关节功能评价，对比手术TM前后患者Harris评分，分析MP系统在

2、全髋关节翻修术中的短期疗效。结果：20例患者手术后刀口均为I期愈合，无下肢DVT及肢体不等长，术后髋关节脱位等并发症的发生。患者均获得随访,随访时间为8-39个月。随访期间未出现假体松动下沉，假体周围感染。假体周围骨长入良好。术前Harris评分平均为43.3±10.32分,末次随访平均为90.0±5.17分。与手术前比较p<0.05有统计学意义。结论：采用组配式翻修假体行人工全髋关节翻修术效果明显,可以调节长度,偏心距,前倾角可以独立匹配远近端股骨，达到初期与长期的假体稳定性。髋关节翻修手术临床效
