2、ghtsides．Theaverageageis63．5(43-75)．FordiagnosisfortheprimaryTHA，17casesarefemoralheadnecrosis，9casesareosteoarthritisafterdysplasiaofhipjoint，7casesarefemoralneckfracture，5casesarehipjointstiffnessfollowingankylosingspondylitis．Theaveragerevisiontimeis8．2(5-16)years．16cementedpr

3、ostheticsand22non—cementedprostheticswereperformedinprimaryTHA．ForreasonsoftheRTHA，2casesareforfemoralfracture，14casesareforsubsidenceofthefemoralcomponents，llcasesareforcupdislocation，10casesareforcupandfemoralcomponentsdislocation，1caseisforparaprostheticinfection．Allcaseshaves

4、ignificantpainwhichisaggravatedinwalking，28patientsarecombinedwithhipmovementsimpair．Allcaseshavebonedefection，24casesarewithseverebonedefection，theyareclassifiedbasedonPaproskyClassification：8casesoftypeI，12casesaretypeII，4casestypeIII．27patientshavebonedefectionintheirfemoralsi

5、de，basedonPaproskyClassification，12casesaretype1,9casesaretypeII，6casesaretypeIII．DifferentstrategywereconductdependsonPaproskyclassification．Fortheacetabularpart，onlynormalnon-cementedcupswereusedin8casesofPaproskyIclass．Impactingboneshmcombinedwithalargerdiametercupwereusedin6c

6、asesofPaproskyIIApatients．ImpactingboneshaftwithJumbocupswereusedin3casesofPaproskyIIBandIIC，andused3screwtoassistfixation．Wetrimedallogeneicstructureboneofthedistalfemuraccordingtotheshapeofacetabularbonedefect，thenimplantedittothetopoftheacetabularbonedefects，thenfixeditbythree
