1、南昌大学硕士学位论文右美托咪定对老年大鼠术后认知功能与海马去甲肾上腺素含量的影响姓名:郭莲申请学位级别:硕士专业:麻醉学指导教师:徐国海201206摘要目的:观察右美托咪定对老年大鼠术后认知功能的影响,通过检测海马内去甲肾上腺素含量的变化来探讨两者之间的联系,为l临床用药提供一定的参考。方法:将48只SD老年大鼠随机均分为2大组,对照组(N组)和右美托咪定组(D组),每组24只,建立腹部探查手术模型,右美托咪定组老年大鼠于腹腔麻醉后经尾静脉持续输注右美托咪定10p.g/kg.h.11小时,对照组实施等体积的生理盐水。然后各大组
