2、公司为例，深层次的剖析供应商管理的过程，结合自身从事制药供应商管理的经验，从供应商管理生命周期出发，探讨如何在新版药品GMP的质量体系要求下迎接挑战，最后用制药A企业供应商管理作为例子来分析。本文主要内容包括以下几个部分,首先介绍了新版药品GMP出台背景,从而确定了本文研究的意义、研究的方法。第二部分介绍了国内外供应商管理的一些观点等。第三部分介绍供应商管理相关理论,第四部分分析制药A企业供应商管理模式以及存在问题(包括供应商绩效评估等)。第五部分分析制药A企业的供应商管理的改进方案。第六部分介绍相应的结论和本论文的不足之处。关键词：供应商管理
