7、集自2009年3月．2013年3月低龄发育性髋关节脱位患儿共65例83髋，其中男14例，女51例。按Crowe分类法分类：I型21髋，II型41髋，ⅡI型18髋，Ⅳ型3髋。根据年龄将患儿分成2组：I组：24--一48个月36例；II组：48--一72个月29例。采用骨盆截骨联合切开复位及股骨截骨手术治疗。采用Mckay临床评定标准和SeverinX线评定标准进行疗效评价。【结果】所有病人均得到随访，随访10--一24个月，平均16个月。Mckay临床评分优40髋，良29髋，可10戳，差4髋，I组优良
