2、tyofthewristhasbeengraduallycognizedandattractsmoreandmoreattentionsinclinically．Theligamentsofthewrist，especiallythedorsalradiocarpal(DRC)isimportanttokeepthewriststabilizing，andisattachedimportanceinclinically．Therefore，thepatientswhosewristsareinjuredshouldbeattachedimpor

3、tancetocheckthedorsalradiocarpalligamentisinjuredornot，anditshouldberepaired．MRIcanclearlyshowthesoRtissuestructures，non—invasiveandnon—radiation，whichisthebestdiagnosismethodfortheligamentsofthewrist．IfwecanfindagoodmethodtoclearlyshowthedorsalradiocarpalligamentwithMRI，the

4、dorsalradiocapalligamentcanbeevaluatebetterclinically．Atpresent，theliteratureoftheMRIimagingstudyofdorsalradiocarpalligamenthavenotfoundathomeandabroad．StudyingthemethodsofdorsalradiocarpalligamentofMRItoidentifythebestconditionsforitsimagingisconducivetodiagnosisandtreatmen

5、tofthewristinstability．4ObjectiveTheobjectiveofthisstudyistoprovidethebasisfortheclinicaldiagnosisofwhetherthedorsalradiocarpalligamentisinjuryandtreatmentbyknowingitsnormalpatternsintheMRI．Theprimaryapproachesareanatomizingthedorsalradiocarpalligament，studyingthebestscanseq

6、uence，angle，scanninglevelofMRI，andmeasuringitslength，widthandthickness．MethodsAnatomize15noobviouslesionsofthewristjointsspecimensandseparatedorsalradiocarpalligamentfromthedorsallayerofthewrist．Putthewristspecimensonthelevelofsmoothdesktopwiththepalmadown，andmeasuretheangle
