2、erepairinBeagledogs’mandibularpremolarsalveolarbonedefectmodel.Objectsofthisstudywerethebilateralmandibularthirdandfourthpremolarsof2adultmaleBeagledogs.Weestablishedthealveolarbonedefectmodelsbyremoving6mmbuccalalveolarboneundertheCEJ(thecementum‘enameljunction)byperiodonmlsurgery.Theexperimenta

3、lgroupandthecontrolgroupwererandomlyselected.LIPUS(ISATA30roW/cm2,1.5MHz,2009s,1KHz)treatedtheexperimentalgroup20minutesperday,atotalofeightweeks.Resulstofperiodontalclinicalexamination(GI,PD,AL)showedthatexperimentalgroupperiodontalClinicalsymptomswaslessseriousthanthecontrolgroup.Dual—energyX-r

4、aybonemineraldensity(BMD)inspection:experimentalgroupwasO.6689土0.05989/cm2,andcontrolgroupwas0.6353士0.0600g/cm2.Histopathologicalanalysis(HE,MASSON):Intheexperimentalgroup,thenewlyformedalveolarbonecollagenwasobviouslyreddyed.Thebonewasdyedwithred,andtheredareaaroundthecartilagewaslargerandshowed
