1、提要目的:本文对石菖蒲抗老年痴呆药效物质的提取、精制、质量标准等环节进行了系统试验研究,确定了适合工业生产的石菖蒲有效组分的提取精制工艺,并对获得的有效部位进行了初步的安全性评价。方法:利用高效液相色谱法测定石菖蒲挥发油中0-细辛醚的含量;采用细辛醚纯度和得率两个指标对超临界流体萃取法、水蒸气蒸馏法、溶剂提取法、超声辅助提取法、酶法等不同的提取方法进行了比较研究,并对超临界流体萃取法及水蒸气蒸馏法的工艺条件及有关参数进行了考察;通过正交实验设计,对减压蒸馏精制戶-细辛醚的工艺进行优化;对细辛醚纯化品的各种理化性质进行考察
