1、中文摘要发现其中CE角、颈干角、Q角有明显差异。对CT和MR的影像异常征象进行了分析，其中在股骨头骨赘、髋关节面失光滑、股骨头骨质信号、髋臼骨质信号有明显差异。结论：本研究是在国外同类研究的基础上，对其影像学部分进行了总结和细化，用部分数据印证了FAI的影像特征，其中以CT的斜轴位Q角最具有特征性，而直观地观察到头颈交界处的骨突、offset(股骨头颈移行处的正常凹陷)消失、深髋臼现象或MR表现出的髋臼和髋臼唇的创伤性改变也具有相对的特征意义，所以从影像学的观点上细化了FAI的诊断分类。关键词：股骨髋臼撞击症
