1、】我国大学行政权力与学术权力协调共生机制研究摘要我国高校内部并存着两种基本权力形式，分别是行政权力和学术权力。它们随着高等学校的诞生而诞生，相伴高校的发展而发展。两者的冲突和协调贯穿于高校权力运作的整个过程。本文运用文献研究方法、多学科研究方法相结合、比较分析法，以高校组织机构基本属性为基础，根据高校内部事务的权力处置方式，对学术权力和行政权力的内涵进行了界定。并通过剖析我国高校权力关系现状，指出了现阶段我国高校权力运行模式存在的问题，分析了问题产生的原因。在此基础上，对国内外高校改革现状进行了分析。提出了构
