1、宁夏大学硕士学位论文宁夏平罗县农村商业银行信用体系研究姓名：黄宁波申请学位级别：硕士专业：工商管理硕士指导教师：袁荣201204摘要信用是现代市场经济的一个基本构成要素，银行信用体系的建立是我国信用经济的重要保证，也是我国金融体系运行的基石，是金融稳定的基础。银行信用体系的健全与完善，直接关系到商业银行的稳定与发展。作为服务农村金融市场的农村商业银行较国有商业银行而言，在国家政策、信贷扶持等方面具有一定的优势，但由于对信用体系建设重要性认识不到位，农村商业银行在资金、人才等方面对信用体系建设投入不

2、足，导致农村商业银行信用体系建设发展缓慢，技术手段落后等问题日益突显。冈此，分析我国农村商业银行信用体系的发展现状，指出其中存在的问题，并进行优化，逐步提高农村商业银行对信用体系建殴的重视程度，对完善我国农村商业银行信，L}；j体系建i殳，建立符合自身实际的信心体系，巩同和发展农村商业银行在农村金融市场的主导地位，促进地方性金融机构健康发展具有重要的现实意义。本文选择的平罗县农村商业银行；黾宁夏近年来发展较快的一家地方性金融机构。本文重点分析了平罗县农村商业银行信用体系发展现状，找出其存在的问题及

3、原因，并从优化原贝0、评估模型、考核机制、人员配备、制度建设、数据库建设等方面对现有信用体系进行全面优化。信用体系的发展完善，将进一步降低该行面临的信．}}=
