2、ectingthestripstabilitywasthecontrolline.Toimprovethestabilityoftheteststrip,thegoatanti-mouseantibodyspottedonthecontrollinewasmixedwithWellchampion(5%,v/v).Furthermore,thenewlypreparedstripsshowedsatisfactorystabilitybydryingthenitrocellulosemembraneat60℃foroneday.Besides,colloidalg
3、old-basedlateralflowimmunoassayforrapidquantitativedetectionsystemhasbeensuccessfullydeveloped.Thelimitofdetectionofclenbuterol,ractopamineandsalbutamolresiduesinswineurinesampleswere0.19μg/L,0.39μg/L,and0.83μg/L,respectively.Andtherecoveriesofthedetectionsystemrangedfrom86.6%to109.7%
4、withthecoefficientofvariationsbetween4.7%and14.7%.Thelimitofdetectioninporksampleswas0.43μg/kg,0.52μg/kg,and1.01μg/kg,respectively.Theresultsshowedthattherecoverieswereintherangeof71.2%to101.6%withthecoefficientofvariationsrangedfrom7.2%to17.9%,whenthedetectionsystemwasevaluatedbyspik
5、edporksamples.Inthestudy,thequantitativedetectionsystemhasbeenappliedtodetect135swineurinesamplesand710porksamples.Theresultthatallsampleswerenegativeshowedthatclenbuterol,ractopamineandsalbutamolhavebeeneffectivelymonitoredinourcountry.Keywords:β2-agonist;lateralflowimmunoassay;quant
