3、院儿内科,浙江温州325027)[摘要]B的采川甲状腺光子发射计算机断层显像(SPECF)探讨其对新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减低(甲低)的诊断价值•方法对经新生儿疾病筛杏发现的19例}11低患儿.静脉注射叮c()418.5-37.0MBq,15rain后行甲状腺显像.结果甲状腺SPECT肚1奉正常5例,纯性肿大1例,肿大口.放射性分印增加2例,升,缺如符4例,显影不清3例•结论甲状腺SPECT对fll低原因如I}j状腺发育不,缺如和异化等町做出满意的判断,结合甲状腺显像和血清,r3,T4,TSH检查,对新生儿甲低诊断具彳『重要意义.实用凡科临床杂志.2005,2
