3、linicaldataofthe310casesofsuspectedpatientswithtracheobronchialforeignbodywhichwerediagnosisedandtreatedintheotolaryngologyandpneumologydepartmentofthesecondaffiliatedhospitaloffujianmedicaluniversityfromJanuary2006toDecember2014.Andretrospectivelyanalyzedtheclinicalmanifestationsanddiagn
4、osisandtreatmentprocess.ofthe289patientswhowastreatedwithbronchoscopywereretrospectivelyanalyzed.Results:Inthe289casesofpatients,therewere273casesconfirmedthediseaseand16caseswerenotthedisease,therewereincluded240casesofchildrenand33casesofadultoftheconfirmedpatients.thechildrengroupwerei
5、nthemajoritywithl~3yearsold,whichwasaccountedfor64.15%,Theproportionofboysandgirlswasabout1.82:1.Plantforeignbodyisthemostcommontype.accountingfor84.58%inthechildrengroup,peanutisthemostcommontypeofplantforeignbody,whichisaccountedfor73.9%ofthem.Bronchialforeignbodyontherightsideismoretha
6、nthatontheleftside,theleftsideaccountfor30.77%,therightsideaccountfor39.19%.Thereare191patientswithpreoperativepulmonarycomplicationsofthe273confirmedcases,thecomplicationrateiscloselyrelatedtotheageofonset,sex,thenature,theretentiontimeandtheretentionareaofforeignbody,Thatcanprovideclear
