2、mentfromOctober201toAugust2012．Includingangina，acutemyocardialinfarction．previousmyocardialinfarctionaswellasthosesuspectedofcoronaryarterydisease．Exclusioncriteria：(1)meforearmarterialcoronaryangiographyorcoronaryangioplastyhistory；(2)forearmdeformity,trauma，surgicalhistory；(3)ahisto

3、ryofRaynaud’s；(4)acutepulmonaryedemaorcardiogenicshock．Accordingtoarandomnumbertable，allpatientswererandomizedtotransulnar(TUAgroup)ortransradial(TRAgroup)beforeprocedure．Allpatientswereadministratedwithconventionaldrugs．Allpatientshadaright—sidearterypuncture．Afterpuncturesuccessful，
