3、irstlydefinestheconceptsofofflineandonlinesupplychainfinance,describestheircollaborativearchitectureandsummarizesrelatedliteratureresearchesonthissubject.Secondly,threebusinessmodelsofPingAnbank’sonlinesupplychainfinanceareintroduced,takingaspecificbusinesscaseun
4、derthefinancinginadvancemodel"purchasingwithfreeloan"asthispaper’sexample."Purchasingwithfreeloan",asabusinesswhichPingAnBankprovidestoHaiergroupforflexiblefinancing,isanewonlineinnovationofPingAnBank’straditionalconfirmingstoragefinancing.Theauthorbelievesthat"P
5、urchasingwithfreeloan"notonlyhasthebasiccharacteristicsofconfirmingstoragefinancing,butalsoprovidesthedealerswithcredit.Transactionsbetweenbanksandenterprisesareoperatedonline,whichmakesitmucheasiertomeetcustomers’demandsandbringsbenefittoalltheparticipantsinthes
6、upplychain.However,whileseeingtheadvantagesof“purchasingwithfreeloan”,suchasreducingthefinancingcostandrisk,improvingtheefficiencyofsupplychainandbanks’services,operatorsshouldalsoavoidcustomers’fakeonlinetransactionsandotherpotentialproblemslikethecollaborationa
7、ndcooperativerisksamongallsupplychainparticipants.Finally,somerevelationsinsupplychainfinanceforothercommercialbankscanbeconcludedfromPingAnBank’ssuccessinonlinesupplychainfinance,suchasthecustomerexperiences,theoperatingsystemandthemeasuresagainstoperatingrisks.
