1、广州医科大学硕士学位论文Cytc信号转导对胆道梗阻大鼠中性粒细胞凋亡调控研究PMN较A和B组减少,D组凋亡PMN较C组增多。PMN凋亡率与ΔΨm的变化呈负相关,PMN凋亡率与Caspase-9、Caspase-3的活性均呈正相关,PMN凋亡率、Caspase-3的活性与Caspase-8的活性无相关性。【结论】大鼠外周血PMN凋亡减少贯穿胆道梗阻的病理过程。PMNΔΨm的稳定,阻碍了线粒体内Cytc向细胞质内释放,导致内源性凋亡通路下游信号分子Caspase-9、Caspase-3激活减少,进而影响胆道梗阻大鼠PMN凋亡进程。外源性凋亡通路信号分子Caspase-8未参
