2、一。在这样的社会环境中，大学生自身也感受到处境的尴尬，尤其是女大学生，这种尴尬在当代女大学生的求职过程中展露无遗。随着高等教育的大众化、就业体制的变革以及近几年来金融危机的影响，当代女大学生就业难的问题日益凸显，成为社会、政府、家庭以及女大学生自身广泛关注的焦点。本研究在国内外学者已有研究成果的基础上，对这一问题进行了详细研究。在本次研究中，笔者在阅读大量文献资料的基础上，对女大学生的就业现状进行了详细分析，并结合问卷调查和个人访谈总结出我国女大学生就业难的原因主要有六个方面，包括：社会因素、经济因素、学校因素、家庭因素和女大学生自身因素，其中结合了社会性

3、别理论、认同理论等对这些造成女大学生就业难的因素进行了详细阐述。在对原因进行论述的基础上，笔者相应地提出了解决我国女大学生就业难的措施，具体解决办法主要从四个方面论述，一是社会方面；二是政府方面在解决女大学生就业方面应该做的努力；三是高校方面；四是女大学生自身方面应做的提升。女大学生的就业形势比男大学生要严峻，笔者认为本研究的结果在解决她们的就业问题上有一定的指导意义。关键词：女大学生；就业难；原因；对策ContemporaryFemaleCollegeStudents'EmploymentDifficultReasonandCountermeasureA
