1、中国软科学2003年第11期都市圈与经济区整合及协调发展研究以边缘性的徐州都市圈与淮海经济区为例112沈正平,安宇,顾晓波(1.淮海发展研究院,江苏徐州221009;2.徐州师范大学城市与环境学院,江苏徐州221116)摘要:本文从都市圈与经济区相互作用原理出发,在分析徐州都市圈、淮海经济区建设现状、存在问题和发展前景的基础上,着重探讨了徐州都市圈与淮海经济区的相互关系及其所应采取的发展战略。认为无论是徐州都市圈还是淮海经济区,其进一步建设均应当以特大城市徐州
