8、的腹会阴联合直肠切除术(abdominoperinealexcision,APE)存在环周切缘阳性率高及术中穿孔率较高而影响预后的缺点。肛提肌外腹会阴联合切除术(exralevatorabdominoperinealexcision,ELAPE)被报道具有肿瘤学优势，最近应用越来越多。尽管相关报道很多，但是，ELAPE是否比传统APE具有优势仍然有很多争议。本文就ELAPE治疗低位直肠癌的研究进展做一综述。关键词直肠肿瘤，肛提肌外腹会阴联合切除术1.引言
