1、提要目的：为了动态观察偏头痛患者实验组与对照组的的脑血流动力学(TCD)的变化结果，并进行差异性评价，以探讨症状的好转程度(即头痛指数)与脑血流动力学变化的相关性。方法：选取符合标准的病例80例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，并选取同期健康者80例。病例组与对照组均检测TCD。治疗组予头风汤，水煎服日一剂。对照组予西比灵，每次10mg口服，睡前一次。两组均治疗2月后通过观察统计，对比治疗前后临床症状、TCD报告、头痛指数的变化。结果：临床疗效治疗组总有效率为97.5%，显效率为72.5%；对照组总有效率为9

2、5.0%，显效率为45.0%。——治疗组优于对照组（R治疗＝0.4003，R对照＝0.6329）；治疗组TCD结果改善优于对照组，头痛指数明显改善。结论：以清热燥湿立法之头风汤可明显改善偏头痛患者症状，并能明显降低头痛指数，可使患者脑血流动力学变化好转明显，临床疗效、头痛指数与脑血流动力学变化呈正相关。关键词偏头痛；清热燥湿；TCD；疗效对比；差异性与相关性TheresearchoftheclinicalobservationonHeat-clearinganddamp-Dryingtherapyinthet
