1、提要目的：观察健脾调中汤治疗功能性消化不良脾胃虚弱型的临床疗效并从理论和临床研究两方面探讨其作用机制。方法：临床选择符合纳入标准的功能性消化不良患者60例，随机分为两组，两组患者性别、平均年龄、病程分布等方面的比较无显著性差异，具有可比性（P＞O．05）。治疗组30例给予自拟方健脾调中汤（黄芪30g党参18g茯苓18g山药24g炒白术15g升麻6g柴胡6g枳壳9g木香6g砂仁6g鸡内金9g甘草6g），对照组30例给予人参健脾丸（天津中新药业集团达仁堂制药厂生产），均以四周为一个疗程，观察两组的疗效。结果：1.治疗组痊愈12例，显效14例，有效2例，愈显率86.67%，

2、总有效率93.3%，对照组痊愈5例，显效10例，有效7例，愈显率50%，总有效率73.3%，治疗组愈显率和总有效率均优于对照组(P
