1、湖北中医药大学硕士学位论文电针对帕金森病模型大鼠黑质细胞线粒体功能及超微结构的影响姓名:王培峻申请学位级别:硕士专业:针灸推拿学指导教师:王彦春20120528中文摘要目的目前,全球大约有一半帕金森病患者在中国。中国的帕金森病患者人数将随着社会老年化逐年递增。帕金森病(Parkinson’SDisease,PD)是常见的中老年神经变性疾病,多在60岁以后发病。临床上PD患者的症状表现为渐进强直,运动迟缓,静止性震颤和姿势不稳等症状¨’21。其病理特征是黑质致密部(SNpc)多巴胺能神经元的进行性丢失,多巴胺及其代谢物的水平下降,并形成路易小体(Lewyb
2、odies)B1.PD的发病可能与遗传和环境因素相关,但是确切的发病机理至今尚不清楚。目前PD的治疗主要以药物治疗为主,通过恢复纹状体DA与Ach递质系统平衡以缓解症状,但是不能阻止病情发展且常伴随出现毒副反应¨1。针灸作为一种纯自然的传统疗法,安全可靠,在PD的临床治疗中被广泛运用。本实验通过观察电针风府、太冲穴对PD模型大鼠行为学改变、TH阳性神经元数目、黑质细胞线粒体复合物I~IV活性及黑质细胞线粒体超微结构的变化,探讨电针治疗对黑质细胞线粒体功能及超微结构的影响,以期揭示电针治疗帕金森病的机制。方法SD实验大鼠随机分为四个组:正常组、溶剂对照组、
